A multi-agency search for a missing Warren boy ended when the boy was found and returned home shortly before 11 p.m. Wednesday. According to family members, City of Warren Police, Pennsylvania State Police, Warren County Sheriff's deputies, and City of Warren Firefighters participated in the search after the boy was reported missing after 8 p.m. Wednesday.
