Theft. Conewango Township police reported that sometime between June 30 and July 9 someone stole eight valve stems from two mini-vans and a steel gas well cover from the parking lot of the Brink's Tour and Charter , 626 S. State St. North Warren. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police.

Public drunkenness. Tidioute Borough police reported that Carl Walters, 57, Crescent, Pa., was charged when public drunkenness after he was lying on the sidewalk at 128 Main St.t under the influence of alcohol. Police said he was unable to stand or sit up. The incident occurred at 7:38 p.m. on July 7.
