Golf results

Tennis

Jeff Bartsch and Angela Shick were the court 1 champions, Thomas Pellegrino and Connor Clendenen were court 2 champions and Jason Grosch was court 3 champion in this week's competition of the Thursday Night Tennis Doubles League at Betts Park in Warren.

In addition, a post-fireworks tournament was held Wednesday at Betts Park. Kaela Henry defeated Kaitlin Leonard to win the C Division, Dylan Hansen topped Bob McAvoy to win the B Division and Adam Bartsch topped Nathan Sandberg to win Open Singles

In doubles competition, Megan McGuinness and Hansen outlasted Noah Colvin and Ryan McGuinness to win the B Division and Tim Sandberg and Nathan Sandberg bested Adam Bartsch and Kingston Bartsch to win the Open Doubles division.

Chautauqua trap

Busti topped Carroll, 341-335 and Randolph bested Celoron 347-344 in Chautauqua County Trap League competition on Thursday. Randolph's Red France, Al Staerr, Kim Milford and Gary Sickles, Celoron's Russ Wingard and Busti's E.J. Rammelt and Tim Young all had perfect scores of 50. Randolph's Greg Grimm had his first 25 straight.

Cindy Cable and Bonnie Whalen shared high lady marks with 47's, Tyler Chase was high junior with a 46 and Dalton Becker was high sub-junior with a 49. Dave Kingsley and George Powley tied for high vet with scores of 49, Rammelt and Wingard shared high senior vet marks with their 50's and France, Staerr and Sickles shared high super senior vet honors with 50's
