Warren man sentenced to state prison

A Warren man was sentenced to state prison for conspiracy-related charges during Warren County court proceedings Friday.

Judge Gregory Hammond sentenced Matthew R. Kostas, 21, 101 N. Irvine St., to 12 months to 24 months in a state correctional institution with credit for time served for criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

Kostas was also sentenced to six months to 12 months in a state correctional institution to be served concurrently, DNA testing, $5,636.40 in restitution and $2,600 in fines and fees.

Also sentenced Friday were:

Adam R. Clark, 16 1/2 Hinkle St., 34, to 90 days probation, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow recomendations, no contact with the victim, $1,674.80 in restitution and $550 in fines and fees for harassment.

John H. Filiatrault, 46, 106 Hall St., Sheffield, to 155 days to two years minus one day in Warren County Jail with credit for time served, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow recomendations, undergo DNA testing, a six-month drivers license suspension, $200 in restitution and $1,700 in fines and fees for possession with intent to deliver.

Michael Todd Frazier, 23, 18 Hinkle St., to three days to one year in Warren County Jail, no contact with the victim and $700 in fines and fees for receiving stolen property.

Kenneth C. Hannah, 35, 457 Chapman Dam Rd., Clarendon, to 48 hours to six months in Warren County Jail, one year of probation to be served consecutively, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, complete treatment recomendations, 15 hours of community service, an 18-month drivers license suspension and $1,440 in fines and fees for DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving with an accident, accident with damage to attended vehicle/property, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Michael Christian Hutley, 21, 4220 Miller Hill Rd., Russell, to two years of probation, drug and alcohol treatment, a six-month drivers license suspension, DNA testing, $90 in restitution and $1,100 in fines and fees for criminal conspiracry.

Daniel Christopher Johnson, 31, 18 W. Third Ave. Apt. 3, to two months to six months in Warren County Jail with credit for time served, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, 15 hours of community service, a 12-month drivers license suspension and $1,755 in fines and fees for DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and traffic control signals.

Daniel Douglas Pike, 24, 407 Market St., to three months to two years minus one day in Warren County Jail with credit for time served, no contact with the victim, $405 in restitution and $1,350 in fines and fees for theft by unlawful taking.

Kevin Charles Pora, 36, Erie, to one year to five years in a state correctional institution with credit for time served, a 24-month drivers license suspension, 30 hours of community service, follow treatment recomendations, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel and $3,580 in fines and fees for DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and reckless driving.

Henry J. Viator, 35, 2867 Cobham Park Rd., to 72 hours to six months in Warren County Jail, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow recomendations, 15 hours of community service, a 12-month drivers license suspension, $17,578 in restitution and $1,985 in fines and fees for DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), required financial responsibility and driving on right side of roadway.

Scott William Wagner, 35, 1121 Spring St., to two months to two years minus one day in Warren County Jail, no contact with the victim, domestic violence counseling, drug and alcohol evaluation, steps to obtain GED, $6,462.82 in restitution and $1,250 in fines and fees for criminal mischief.
