Charged. Youngsville Borough police said they have charged an 11-year-old Youngsville female with theft following an investigation into an incident that happened June 8 at Youngsville Elementary School. According to police, a 9-year-old male said someone stole his Mongoose bicycle from the bike rack outside the school on June 8. Police said charges have been filed at Juvenile Probation.
Charged. Youngsville Borough police said Roy Conklin Jr., 61, Garland, has been charged with two counts of harassment stemming from an incident that occurred on June 17. According to police, two Tops employees were the victims of harassment that occurred at the store. Police said charges have been filed at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
