The teams of Ryan Nuhfer and Ralph Clark and Tim Holter and Steve Daniels shared low net of 34 in the Kim's Kafe Scratch League Tuesday at Blueberry Hill Golf Club. Chris Riche and Scott Saber and Sam Marek and Rick Nowacki shared second low net of 35.

10-11 year-old all-stars
The Warren Boys 10-11 year-old all-star team will open up play Thursday at Betts-Jackson Field. The 6 p.m. contest will be played against Saint Marys. Team members include, front row from left, Jim Kramer, Owen Balas, Derek Knapp, Nate Eadie and Devin McMeans. Back row, Lance Baldensperger, Sam Hoover, Jackson Knupp, Austyn Cummings, Jake Kupchella and Nick Smelko. Coaches (not pictured) are Dick Balas, Steve Knapp and Daryl Baldensperger.

Golf tourney
The annual Colin Speta Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Sunday, July 22, at Falconer's Breezewood Golf Links. The 4th annual tournament is held in the memory of Speta who passed away after a boating accident in August of 2009.
This year's tournament will benefit the Glade Volunteer Fire Department. The department provided a sonar equipped boat and volunteers that played a vital role in the search for Speta on Chautauqua Lake.
Check in for the tournament will be at 8 a.m. at Breezewood and the tournament will begin at 9 a.m. The cost per foursome will be $200 and includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, a continental breakfast, hot dogs and accompainimets at the turn and a barbeque dinner after the event. A $10,000 hole in one prize will be held as well as a 50-50 drawing and chinese auction.
