Bad check. Conewango Township Police reported that on May 12, Vincent Caruso, Jamestown, N.Y., issued a check to Rarey's for $350. and the check was returned on a closed account. Caruso failed to respond to rectify the issue after notice was given. A misdemeanor of the third degree charge of bad checks was filed.
Theft of lost property. Conewango Township police reported that Margie Cerra, Warren, reported that her sn's $450 black Droid Incredible cell phone was lost and possibly taken at the Plumber Street ball fields in North Warren on Friday around 8:30 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Conewango Township Police.
