Justin Daniel Smith, 31, of Thompson, Pa. and form-erly of Warren, died May 31, 2012 as a result of inju-ries sustained in an auto-mobile accident. He was born September 6, 1980 in Warren to Suzanne M. Nel-son of Warren. He was a former resident of South Carolina and Las Vegas, NV. Justin had been em-ployed as an assistant chef at Bridgeview Restaurant in Nicholson City, Pa. and previously worked at the Conewango Men's Club as a chef and Jackson Valley Golf Club as a cook. He en-joyed skateboarding in his leisure. His family and friends were the center of his life.
In addition to his moth-er, he is survived by his companion Shawna Alle-man of Thompson; one child Kai Alexander Smith of Warren; one adopted child Tristan Alleman of Thompson; Two brothers Shawn Smith and Trinity Zock both of Warren; a maternal grandfather Marion Care of Warren; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. His grandmother, Theresa Care, died five hours after Justin.
Friends may call the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East St., Warren, PA 16365 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2012 when a memorial service will be held. Rev. Marcus Briggs, Chaplain of Warren Gen-eral Hospital, will officiate.
