The JD Power and Associates Trophy for Highest Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the Mid-Atlantic Region will arrive at Northwest Savings Bank's corporate headquarters in Warren at 11 a.m. today.
The local bank has scheduled a celebration and picnic for its employees in the streets that surround its downtown location at 100 Liberty Street and it expects a crowd of 600 to 700 employees. Downtown streets will be closed to accommodate the crowd and a special stage will be constructed on Liberty Street overnight. Banners and audio-visual equipment will surround the stage, and a massive dining tent will be erected in the municipal parking lot nearby.
