Two defendants entered guilty pleas Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Justice Laura Bauer.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Frankie Eugene Mertz Jr., 58 Houghton Ave., Sheffield, to harassment subjecting another to physical contact, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Charges of simple assault, resisting arrest or other law enforcement were not prosecuted.
Jesse Scott Kiser, 128 Onondaga Ave., to harassment subjecting another to physical contact, loitering and prowling at night time, disorderly conduct hazardous physical offense and defiance of trespass posted. Charges of burglary, criminal trespass breaking into structure, resisting arrest or other law enforcement and obstructing administration of law or other government function were not prosecuted.

Benjamin Bryan Birchard, 407 Market St., to a count of unsworn falsification to authorities.
Mary Elizabeth Rooney, Garnerville, N.Y., to a count of harassment-communicating lewd, threatening, etc. language; a count of retaliation against witness or victim was withdrawn.
