Warren
Disorderly conduct. Warren City police reported that a 15-year-old male was cited after he removed a lawn light from the front yard of a Water Street residence at 9:51 p.m. on June 19. The juvenile attempted to walk away with the light but was confronted by the homeowner, police said.
Harassment. Warren City police reported that Kelly Patz and Sheree Blair, both of Warren, were cited on June 20 at 3:35 p.m. after officers were dispatched to their residence for a domestic dispute.
Forgery. Warren City police reported that a criminal complaint was filed on June 21 charging Jennifer Wilson, SCI Muncy, after she used two stolen checks and purchased $88.90 in gasoline from Kwik Fill on Hickory Street on March 21, 2011. Wilson forged the name of the victim on the checks. The checks were returned due to the account being closed. Police said she has been charged with forgery, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and bad checks.
Conewango Twp.
Retail theft. Conewango Township Police reported that they were dispatched to a theft in progress at Wal-mart on June 16 at 4:45 p.m. Upon arrival, loss prevenion personnel had two juvenile suspects in their office. They had attempted to steal $238.10 worth of merchandise. Juvenile allegations have been filed with the Warren County Juvenile Probation Department and further court action in pending.
Pleasant Twp.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that a known 42-year-old female and a known 17-year-old male, both from the Wilderness Trailer Park, Clarendon, became involved in a verbal argument regarding the disposal of a mattress. Police said the 17-year-old male then struck the 42-year-old female on the arm. Police said charges will be filed at District Justice Glenn Carlson's office.
Clarendon
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that someone entered Debbie's Collection between June 1 and 20 and took a glass dish and a coin bank. Police said the items are valued at approximately $40. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Youngsville
Rape. Youngsville Borough Police reported that Richard Allen Goodman III, 31, Youngsville, has been chaged with four counts of rape and four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse following an investigation into incidents that occurred between May 1 and June 19 at Goodman's apartment. He was arraigned before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and remanded to the Warren County Jail in lieu of bail. The investigation continues and anyone with information concerning Goodman is asked to contact the Youngsville Police Department.
