Warren

False identification to law enforcement officer. Warren City police said a juvenile allegation was filed June 14 charging a 17-year-old male after he gave an officer his wrong birth date at 11:50 p.m. June 13 after being stopped for a curfew violation on W. Fifth Avenue.

Conewango Twp.

Theft by unlawful taking. Conewango Township police reported at approximately 1 a.m. on May 22 a mid 20s or early 30s white male with shaved or bald head and trimmed facial hair, approximately 5'9" to 5'11" wearing a camouflage ball cap, a dark-colored short sleeve shirt (or cut-off hooded sweatshirt) with a belly pocket having light-colored stripes on the front and back of sleeves and writing on the front of the shirt, a red t-shirt under it, with tan cargo shorts, dirty white sneakers, and driving a 1998 to 2003 Dodge Durango or Dakota stopped at the Pit Stop Auto Repair and had entered the soda machine located outside with a barrel key and took approximately $200 in cash and change. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported Tracie L. Black, 30, is accused of striking and biting a white male, 56, at 6:30 p.m. June 13 at Warren State Hospital. According to police, Black is being charged with harassment and will answer to the charge in district court.

Limestone Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police said Alan Wayne Breese, 26, Cochranton, was southbound on Route 337 just north of the Tidioute overlook at an excessive speed when he lost control of the vehicle for some reason at 8:25 p.m. May 28. According to police, the vehicle began to yaw before leaving the roadway. It traveled southbound in a roadside ditch, and struck a boulder with the driver side front end, causing it to become airborne. Police said the vehicle began to roll, striking a utility pole along the ditch with the driver side cab. The pole became imbedded in the windshield of the vehicle upon shattering. Police said the vehicle continued to roll southbound, striking another boulder in the ditch with the roof of the vehicle before rolling onto its wheels, coming to rest facing southwest, in a grouping of trees with power lines resting along the vehicle. According to police, Breese was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. Breese was flown from the scene to Hamot Medical Center in Erie via helicopter. Police said the defendant's BAC was found to be above the legal limit and charges were filed at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.

Triumph Twp.

Rape, statutory sexual assault, IDSI, aggravated indecent assault. Warren-based state police reported James R. Webb Jr., 73, Grand Valley, had sexual intercourse with a female, 26, from Bellefonte, who was less than 16 at the time and the accused was four or more years older between 1997 to 2004. According to police, Webb was arraigned on June 13 in front of District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and bail was set at $100,000 unsecured.
