Three people entered guilty pleas and four entered not guilty pleas Thursday during arraignment court proceedings.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Andrea L. Constable, 114 Buchanan St., to counts of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and endangering welfare of a child; counts of endangering welfare of a child, DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving and driver required to be licensed were not prosecuted.
John F. Hickey, Corry, to a count of possession with intent to deliver; two counts of possession of controlled substance and a count of possession with intent to deliver were not prosecuted.
Eric D. Olson, 122 Central Ave., to a count of theft by unlawful taking; counts of defiant trespass and driving while under suspension were not prosecuted.
The following entered not guilty pleas:
Roberto DeJesus, last known address 118 North Irvine St., Apt. B, charged with criminal trespass.
William V. Haley, 124 Onondaga Ave., charged with possession of controlled substance, DUI: controlled substance - Schedule I, DUI: controlled substance - impaired ability, operation following suspension of registration, maximum speed limits and careless driving.
Lisa M. Proper, 108 Oak St. Apt. 813, charged with aggravated assault (injury to police officer), criminal attempt (simple assault) and harassment.
Daniel L. Todd, 332 Prospect St., charged with DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and restraint systems.
Kirk D. Zofcin, 394 Saybrook Rd., Sheffield, charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver, 23 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of endangering welfare of a child. In another case, Zofcin entered a not guilty plea to a count of former convict not to own a firearm, etc.
