Warren

Corruption of minors. Warren City police reported a criminal complaint was filed Tuesday charging Curtis J. Quiggle, 19, after an investigation into a complaint filed from the parents of a 14-year-old girl. According to police, Quiggle allegedly allowed the juvenile to spend the night at his residence on several occasions without her parents' permission between March and May.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City police reported citations were filed charging two 17-year-old males after they were involved in a mutual fight at 4:18 p.m. June 5 on the sidewalk in front of the post office.

Public drunkenness. Warren City police reported Roberto DeJesus was cited at 1:58 p.m. June 8 after he was observed falling and passing out in an Oak Street resident's hedge row.

Aggravated indecent assault without consent, indecent assault without consent. Warren City police reported Robert J. Moore Jr., Kane, was arraigned Monday before District Justice Glenn Carlson after an investigation into an incident that occurred at 11:30 a.m. May 3. According to police, Moore allegedly had sexual contact with a known female without her consent. Police said $50,000 unsecured bail was imposed.

Glade Twp.

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Brad Riesenberg, Warren, on June 12 at 11:30 a.m. on a bench warrant on a charge of leaving a child unattended in a vehicle. Riesenberg was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and sentenced to 20 days in the Warren County Jail to start after a 30-day appeal process.

Pleasant Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone pumped $54 in gasoline at Country Fair and left without paying on June 12 at 7:15 a.m. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s with a goatee. The suspect fled in a western direction on Pleasant Drive in a black Ford Escape with New York license plates. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone stole the "Welcome to Sugar Grove" sign that was located on Big Tree Road between June 11 and 12. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Watson Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between June 3 and 8, someone entered a camp on Liberty Bell Lane belonging to James Trozzo, Beaver Falls, Pa., and took alcohol and money valued at approximately $230. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
