Warren
Indecent assault. Warren City Police reported that two juvenile allegations were filed on June 7 charging a 13 year old male after an investigation into incidents that happened between April 8 and May 29. The jevule allegedly had indecent contact with two very young boys, according to police. The juvenile has been charged with criminal attempt involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, indecent assault and indecent exposure.
Youngsville
Theft. Youngsville Police charged a thirteen yaer old girl from Pittsfield for stealing a Kindle Fire from a student at Youngsville Elemenary/Middle School in April. Police were notified by the 12 year old victim's mother that her son had his new Kindle Fire taken at school. After an investigation, police were able to find the person who took it and filed charges with the Warren County Juvenile Probation Department.
Assault. Youngsville Elementary/Middle School officials contacted the Youngsville Police in April regarding an alleged assault. It was reported that a 10 year old female was acting out in class to the point she had to be escorted to a safe location. While being escorted to a supervised area, the juvenile struck a staff member and left a small cut under her eye. She was charged with assault and charges have been filed with the Warren County Juvenile Probation Department.
Harassment. A known 17 year old female reported to the Youngsville Police that a known 16 year old male was harassing her by cell phone during school in February of this year. Police investigated the matter and found several lewd and inappropriate text messages. Several counts of harassment and disorderly conduct were filed with the Warren County Juvenile Probation Department against the male.
