Former Warren resident Sean Fadale, MBA, FACHE, has been named president and CEO of Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, N.Y., effective Aug. 6.
Lawrence Tully, chairman of the hospital's board of directors said Fadale will replace David Felton, who is retiring after 31-plus years as the hospital's CEO.
Fadale earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Mercyhurst College, a Master in Physical Therapy from Gannon University, and a Master in Business Administration from Gannon University. He is currently vice president of operations at Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, N.Y.

Fadale resides in Geneseo, N.Y., with his wife, Stephanie, and two young sons. The Fadales will be relocating to the Hamilton area prior to his start of employment.
Prior to his position at Noyes Memorial Hospital, Fadale held management positions at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Ill., and at Warren General Hospital. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a licensed physical therapist.
Fadale will report directly to the hospital's board of directors. Through an affiliation with Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, which is expected to be completed by late this summer, Fadale will also report to Crouse Hospital's president and CEO.
