I could not believe what I read the other day. They are not going to pave the Glade Bridge and the roads near it until Aug and not until AFTER the boaters leave.
We want to make a good impression of our town, not a bad one. Why do we want all of these people coming into town and see how bad that area is? Wouldn't it make more sense to get it done BEFORE they arrive?
We have all of June and July to do this. If this contractor cannot do it until August, my suggestion is to find one that can!!!! Don't have that road looking this bad for guests coming into town. It makes a real bad impression.
Somebody really messed up on this one. Let's make this a priority.
