Five defendants entered guilty pleas, two were bound in absentia and one was held for further court action Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Louis Zollo, 100 Oak St., Apt. 4, to a count of failing to stop/give information and render aid; counts of accident involving damage with vehicle/property, careless driving and improper right turn were withdrawn.
Brittany Schultz, 323 Prospect St., Apt. 12, to a count of disorderly conduct.
Amy Hornstrom, 502 Lexington Ave., to conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property; a count of receiving stolen property was withdrawn. She was ordered to pay restitution and $100 in fines.
Ryan Edwards, PO Box 1053, Sheffield, to harassment-subjecting others to physical contact and disorderly conduct; counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and public drunkenness/similar misconduct were withdrawn.
Mark Blair, 3830 Lanning Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, to marijuana-small amount of personal use. He was ordered to pay $100 in fines.
The following were bound over in their absence:
Michael Baxter, 447 N. Main St., Russell, charged with loitering/prowling at night, disorderly conduct-hazardous/physical offense and public drunkenness/similar misconduct.
Amanda Craker, 2100 Old Pittsfield Rd., Pittsfield, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property.
The following was held for further court action:
Teresa Hummel, 33 Main Dr., North Warren, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment-subjecting others to physical contact and criminal mischief-tampering with property.
