Warren

DUI. Warren City police report Joseph J. Acvedo, of Warren, was taken into custody and cited for DUI, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and failure to obey stop and yield signs at approximately 2:02 a.m. on June 2 after officers pulled him over for failing to stop at a sign at the intersection of Beech St. and Fourth Ave.

Harassment. Warren City police report Mary M. Vanhart, of Warren, was cited for harassment at approximately 9:33 p.m. on June 2 after officers were dispatched to her residence for a domestic dispute.

Harassment. Warren City police report citing Julie A. Reynolds, Terrance R. Courson and Randy S. Richard, all of Warren, for harassment at approximately 6:35 p.m. on June 2 after officers were dispatched to a residence on Buchanan St. for a fight.

Sugar Grove Township

Burglary. Warren-based state police report investigating a burglary which occurred between May 22 and 24 on Lee Johnson Rd. According to police, unknown actor(s) forced their way into a garage owned by Russell Russo, Bethlehem, and removed a light green Polaris Magnum ATV and several Leeson electric motors. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Scandia

Charges filed. Warren-based state police report filing charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment against Kyle Michael Reynolds, 20, of Warren, following investigation into an incident which occurred between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. on May 24 on Coal Bed Rd. According to police, Reynolds assaulted a known 20-year-old male, of Russell, with a weapon causing numerous injuries and requiring 11 stitches to the head. State police originally reported the incident as a simple assault on May 25. Reynolds was arraigned before District Judge Laura Bauer and committed to the Warren County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Further court action is pending.
