Warren

Disorderly conduct. Warren City police said Mary Dickson and Charles Denardi III, both of Warren, were cited at 11:21 p.m. May 24 after officers were dispatched to an Onondaga Avenue residence for a verbal domestic dispute.

Harassment. Warren City police said Ryan Edwards, Frewsburg, N.Y., was cited at 8:50 p.m. May 26 after he allegedly struck a known female on the right side of her face during a domestic dispute on North Street.

Charged. Warren City police said Ryan Edwards, Frewsburg, N.Y., was taken into custody and charged with terroristic threats, public drunkenness and harassment at 11:05 p.m. May 26 after he allegedly called a known female and threatened her life. Police said Edwards then went to a Franklin Street residence while intoxicated and allegedly grabbed another known female and pushed her around.

Cited. Warren City police said John Wertz, North Austin, Texas, was cited for public drunkenness at 5:38 a.m. on May 26 after he was found passed out in a residential yard near the intersection of Falconer and Hall streets.

Harassment. Warren City police said a 13-year-old boy was cited after he allegedly kicked a teacher's aide in the knee at 1:50 p.m. May 24 at Beaty-Warren Middle School. Police said the teacher's aide went to Warren General Hospital for pain treatment.

Charged. Warren City police said Thomas Christeson, Warren County Jail, was charged with aggravated assault and assault by prisoner after he allegedly assaulted his cell mate at the county jail at 12:40 a.m. May 24. Police said the victim was transported to Warren General Hospital, where he received five stitches for a large laceration above his right eye.

Charged. Warren City police said Michael Kiser, Warren, was taken into custody at 6:19 p.m. May 28 and charged with DUI general impairment, DUI damage to vehicle, DUI refusal, possession of a small amount of marijuana, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages. According to police, an officer was dispatched to 413 Pennsylvania Ave. E. for a report of Kiser backing his vehicle into another vehicle in the parking lot. Police said Kiser refused to provide a blood sample and had a baggie of suspected marijuana and an open can of beer in his vehicle.

Charged. Warren City police said Robert Brown, Warren, was taken into custody and charged with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol, DUI crash, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed and careless driving at 8:44 p.m. May 17. According to police, the vehicle operated by Brown crossed over lane and struck a parked vehicle at Elm Street and Pool.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police investigated a theft which occurred between 10:30 p.m. May 30 and 7:40 a.m. May 31 on National Forge Road. According to police, a yellow 2004 Honda TRX400EX ATV with a black seat and red nerf bars was taken from the back of a Ford Ranger owned by a known, 19-year-old male from Irvine.

Mead Twp.

Hit and Run. Warren-based state police reported that at 7 p.m., May 27 at Wolf Run Marina, a red pick-up truck with a wooden bed towing a boat trailer struck a 2010 GMC Yukon owned by Timothy Wood, Saegertown. Wood's Yukon received minor damage. Police said the driver of the red truck left the scene without providing any contact information. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
