Dear editor,
It is clear the school board, at least some of them, not all are at it again to displace children and send them farther from their homes without consideration of their quality education.
Closing small town grade schools is not the answer to your problems but will create new ones. Kids will have longer bus rides, more gas will be used and more buses needed to haul them.
Use sense and sensibility. You will end up costing the tax payers more money, money seniors on fixed incomes don't have.
All children want to do is learn, not listen to we wanna close this school or that school.
Sincerely,
Ellen Peroski,
Sheffield
