Eight people entered guilty pleas Monday during plea court proceedings before Judge Maureen Skerda.

The following entered a guilty plea:

Charles Cesare Anzalone, Indiana, to a count of possession of a controlled substance.

Harry S. Snyder, 108 Water St., Apt. 2, to a count of disorderly conduct; a count of terroristic threats was not prosecuted.

Nathan Paul Campbell, 211 Walnut St., to possession with intent to deliver. In another case, Campbell entered a guilty plea to possession with intent to deliver; another count of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

Kimberly L. Gnage, Mary Esther, Fla., to a count of defiant trespass; counts of resisting arrest or other law enforcement and false identification to law enforcement were not prosecuted.

Joseph R. Kuzminski, 213 1/2 W. Main St., Youngsville, to possession with intent to deliver; two counts of possession with intent to deliver and three counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

Jodi Lynn Wise, DuBois, to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility; counts of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

Shawn L. Yeagle, 11 Carpenter St., to counts of statutory sexual assault and luring a child into a motor vehicle; five counts of rape of a child, five counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, five counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and four counts of statutory sexual assault were not prosecuted.

Central Court

One defendant was held in absentia last Wednesday during Warren County Central Court before District Justice Glenn Carlson.

The following was bound in absentia:

Lisa Mae Proper, 108 Oak St., Apt. 183, charged with aggravated assault, criminal attempt-simple assault and harassment-subjecting others to physical contact.
