Held for court

Three defendants entered guilty pleas and another was held in absentia Wednesday during Warren County Central Court before District Justice Glenn Carlson.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Scott Alan Tompsett II, 114 Palm Ave., to a count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia; a count of possession of marijuana was not prosecuted.

Nathan Davis Enterline, 33 Main Dr., to a count of harassment - subjecting others to physical contact; a count of simple assault was not prosecuted. In another case, Enterline entered a guilty plea to harassment-subjecting others to physical contact; a count of simple assault was not prosecuted.

Matthew Robert Kuzminski, 22 Buchanan St., to public drunkenness and similar misconduct and criminal attempt-theft from a motor vehicle; counts of loitering and prowling at night time and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense were not prosecuted.
