Sandra Ruth Moore, 77, formerly of Lander, Penn-sylvania and Oak Harbor, Washington, passed away Monday, May 21, 2012 at River Pointe Rehab and Nursing Home. She is sur-vived by her husband, Nel-son R. Moore of Virginia Beach; children, Douglas Moore of Virginia Beach, Rhonda Canfield of Res-ton, Virginia and Julie Ru-bin of Roswell, GA. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Alexandra Canfield and Joshua Rubin. A memorial service will be planned for a later date in Pennsylvania.
