Warren

PFA violation. City of Warren police report filing PFA violations on May 17 at approximately 8:24 p.m. following investigation into a domestic disturbance on West Fifth Ave. Police report Josh Anderson and Ashley D. Johnston, both of Warren, were taken into custody after violating mutual PFAs forbidding any contact between them. They were arraigned and committed to the Warren County Jail.

Theft. City of Warren police report Eric D. Olson, Warren, allegedly entered the Delta Railroad property, a posted property, without permission and took seven steel joint bars. Olson was taken into custody on May 15 at approximately 7:25 p.m., arraigned and released.

Criminal trespass. City police reported that Roberto DeJesus, of Warren, was taken into custody at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, after he entered a N. Irvine St. apartment through a window after he was evicted on May 12 by a Pa. State Constable.

Conewango Twp.

Retail Theft. Conewango Township police reported that Samantha McGaughey, Warren, concealed and altered price tags of merchandise worth $127.22 at 7:10 p.m., Thursday, May 17, at Walmart. According to police, a charge of retail theft has been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer.
