Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Traci Suleski, Warren, was cited after she participated in a physical altercation on April 30 at 1:05 a.m. with a known male at her residence.
Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Cody Shrefler, Clarendon, was cited after he participated in a fight on May 3 at 9:48 p.m. with a known male in the 400 block of West Third Avenue.
Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Valerie Stillwell, Warren, was cited after she slapped a known male across the face on May 3 at 10 p.m. in the 400 block of West Third Avenue.
Crash. Warren City Police reported that Louis Zullo, Warren, was charged by criminal complaint after a traffic accident on May 1 at 10:18 a.m. on Hazel Street. Zullo, while attempting to make a wide right turn, left his traffic lane and struck a stopped vehicle that was occupied by three people in a funeral procession. Zullo make no attempt to contact those occupants to check on the vehicle or their well being. He has been charged with accident involving damage to attended vehicle, duty to give information and render aid, careless driving, required position and method of turning.
Receiving stolen property. Warren City Police reported that John T. Liechtenberger, Warren, was charged after he was found to be in possession of an Apple iPhone valued at $400 on April 11 that had been reported stolen from a female victim's vehicle on March 1 while parked at 1512 Pennsylvania Avenue East.
Receiving stolen property. Warren City Police reported that Brittany N. Schultz, Warren, was charged after she attempted to use a gift certificate on April 10 at Warren Shurfine that had been reported stolen from a vehicle that was parked on Park Avenue on April 8.
Prowling. Warren City Police reported that Michael B. Baxter, Russell, was taken into custody on May 5 at 6:39 a.m. after officers were dispatched to Golden Living Center where Baxter was standing at the rear door with a large stick alarming the staff and residents. Baxter was charged with loitering, prowling at night, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Conspiracy. Warren City Police reported that on February 25, Matthew R. Kostkas, Warren, and a 17 year old male did enter a Schantz Street residence and stole a 46 inch flat screen television and other items. The estimated total of known items taken from the residence was ovr $5,000. Kostkas was taken into custody on an arrest warrant, was arraigned and placed in the Warren County Jail. Kostkas was charged conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors. A juvenile allegation was filed charging the juvenile.
Possession. Warren City Police reported that on April 11 offiers obtained a search warrant for a North Parker Street residence. Officers found nine germinating seedlings that rested positive for marijuana, a schedule three drug, and multiple items of paraphernalia in the bedroom of a 17 year old male. A juvenile allegation was filed.
Glade Twp.
Found. Warren-based State Police reported that a large knife was found on Hemlock Road on May 6. To claim it, contact the State Police.
Harassment. Warren-based state police said that at 3:46 p.m. on May 1 on Cobham Park Road a 16-year old male grabbed a 15-year old male from behind causing a red mark on his left cheek. Anyone with information is asked to call the Warren State Police at 728-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-83CRIME.

Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police said that at 4:20 p.m. on May 5 at Docksiders Cafe two known men damaged the air freshener in the men's bathroom. Anyone with information is asked to call the Warren State Police at 728-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-83CRIME.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police said that Ryan Mortenson, Yankee Bush Rd., Warren reported that between 1 a.m. and 6:20 a.m. on May 4 someone tried to knock or pull his mailbox down, causing damage to the mailbox as well as the pole the box was attached to. Theft. Warren-based state police reported two separate thefts that occurred between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. on April 29. Restoration Youth Ranch said someone stole the following items: two motor stands. angle iron with holes punched, galvanized and stainless exhaust sections, small crank lift and threaded bolts valued at $150. A Stoney Run resident said someone took a metal chimney insert valued at $50.
