One defendant pleaded guilty Wednesday during Warren County Central Court proceedings before District Justice Glenn Carlson while charges against another were withdrawn.
Willard Rosco Fehlman, 100 Valley Circle Dr., Sugar Grove, pleaded guilty to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
David Michael Dangelo, 307 Bull Hill Rd., Pittsfield, had charges of theft by unlawful taking - movable property withdrawn.
