Dear editor:
I think all crosswalks need attention and painted in Warren.
They also need signs so that drivers respect those in the crosswalks, especially Market and Pennsylvania Ave., as I frequently cross there and cannot tell you how many times I have been almost hit there by drivers.
I know there have been people hit there, and there is no reason for that happening. There should be immediate attention to this matter before someone gets killed there.
