Conewango Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that at approximately 9:50 a.m. April 29 at Warren State Hospital, Theresa M. Hummel, 38, subjected a known, female employee of the state hospital to unwanted physical contact. Police said an investigation continues.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that at approximately 5:30 p.m. April 26 at Warren State Hospital, Theresa M. Hummel, 38, subjected two known, female patients of the state hospital to unwanted physical contact. two charges of harassment have been filed in district court.

Glade Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle crash at 10:39 p.m. on April 27 on Conewango Avenue in the Quaker Court Circle area. According to police, Brad L. Dipenti, Warren, was involved in a private property crash. Police said it was determined that Dipenti was under the influence of alcohol and transported him to the state police barracks for a breath test; Dipenti's blood alcohol was determine to be above the legal limit. Charges of DUI and summary traffic violations have been filed in district court.

Mead Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between approximately 1:20 and 1:45 a.m. on April 28 at a lease property on Morrison Run Road, two suspects allegedly stole approximately eight 22-foot, four-and-a-half-inch well casing pipe joints valued at approximately $1,300. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.

Pine Grove Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police report a theft which occurred between approximately 6:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on April 30 on Cole Hill Road. According to police, suspects stole various types of Craftsman tools, including sockets and wrenches, and a green backpack valued at approximately $450. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.

Southwest Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported a theft which occurred between approximately 8 p.m. Dec. 15, 2011, and 3:30 p.m. April 30 at 17288, Route 27. According to police, suspects stole a bicycle and several inflatable river rafts from a barn belonging to Suzanna Wagner of Titusville. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.
