Theft by unlawful taking. Warren City police investigated an incident of theft by unlawful taking on April 25. According to police, a criminal complaint was filed on April 30 charging Terry L. Card, Warren, with allegedly taking possession of approximately 25 feet of two-inch, steel conduit, containing four number two copper wires, without the permission or knowledge of the owner of a rental property where Card was employed as a contractor.
Conewango Twp.
DUI, careless driving, failure to use restraint systems. Warren-based state police investigated an instance of DUI which occurred at approximately 9:20 a.m. on April 28 at the intersection of Market Street and Jackson Run Road. According to police, Daniel Lewis Todd, 33, Warren, was involved in a two-vehicle crash. Police said, upon further investigation, it was determined that Todd was under the influence of alcohol and taken to Warren General Hospital for blood testing. Police said charges including two counts of DUI, careless driving and failure to use restraint systems will be filed with District Judge Laura Bauer's office.
Bicycle theft. Conewango Township police investigated an incident of bicycle theft which occurred between midnight on April 26 and 11:30 p.m. April 28 at 211 Follett Run Road. According to police, someone stole a child's orange and yellow bicycle with training wheels from a porch. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police.
Glade Twp.
Burglary, theft. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of burglary and theft which occurred between Feb. 21 and March 17 at a residence on Page Hollow Road. According to police, a known suspect entered a vacant, foreclosed property owned by Northwest Savings Bank and removed copper pipe and other metal plumbing. Value of the items removed is to be determined.
Mead Twp.
Terroristic threats, harassment. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of terroristic threats and harassment which occurred between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on April 23 on Route 6. According to police, Christopher Cruzado, 42, harassed a known, 38-year-old female via text message. Charges of terroristic threats and harassment are pending, police said.
Pine Grove Twp.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of criminal mischief which occurred between Feb. 28 and April 28 at 521 Cable Hollow Road. According to police, someone damaged a mailbox, breaking the post. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.
Terroristic threats. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of terroristic threats which occurred between 5:33 and 9:16 p.m. on April 23 at a residence on Route 62. According to police, a known, nine-year-old female of Russell received threatening messages via a computer-based messaging service.
Pittsfield Twp.
Found property. Warren-based state police report an incident of found property which occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m., on Nov. 23, 2011, on State Game Lands off of Route 27. According to police, a shotgun was found. To claim the property, contact the state police.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of theft which occurred at approximately 3:41 p.m. on April 28 at 1652 Stilson Hill Road. According to police, someone entered a property belonging to Kevin VanHouten, Pittsfield, and removed approximately 15 bags of aluminum cans, four car batteries, a Lincoln MIG welder and a Craftsman battery charger worth a total of approximately $1,170. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.

Bad check. Youngsville Borough police report an incident of bad checks, which occurred on June 4, 2011. According to police, Miranda Henry, 27, Youngsville, passed a check for $18.75 to the Galley Restaurant which was returned stamped non-sufficient funds. Charges were filed with District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth's office.

According to police, Shannon Bickford, 35, Titusville, passed a check for $39.31 to the Galley Restaurant which was returned stamped non-sufficient funds. Charges were filed with District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth's office.

According to police, Holly Haehn, Youngsville, passed a check for $53.70 to the Galley Restaurant which was returned stamped non-sufficient funds.
