Meeting

April 30, 2012
The Times Observer

Dear editor:

Reading the article on "WCSD asks to meet with Governor" seems to me to be a little backwards. Should you have not met with him first before taking money that Mr. Stewart said, "QZAB springs from a larger question of how we would go about funding capital projects".

Is this not getting the horse before the cart, and shouldn't they had figured how to pay it back before accepting it? Don't tell me they didn't have time to figure this out and maybe since they don't know how to pay it back they might not have taken it.

It seems that since it is taken it should be better spent in BASIC repairs instead of wasting all of it because you have it. Here's a thought; spend only what the Charter people said they needed and either save the remainder for other projects or put it way and make some interest to repay the debt back.
