DORA HAJNIK

Dora J. Hajnik, 91, a resident of the Rouse War-ren Co. Home, and formerly of I.O.O.F. St., in Youngs-ville, died there Friday April 27, 2012.

Dora was born April 19, 1921 in Wrightsville, and was a member of St. Luke Parish in Youngsville where she served on the Al-tar Rosary Society. She had also served as a Girl Scout Leader for many years.

She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Ray-mond M. Hajnik and Elaine M. Hajnik of St. Catharines Ontario,granddaughters, Krista L. Hajnik of Bal-timore MD and Kara L. Hajnik of Auburn Hills Michigan, and a daughter and son in law, Karen and David Livingston of Nel-son, British Columbia, grandson, Philip Livings-ton, granddaughters, Kir-stin, Katie and Annika Liv-ingston of Victoria British Columbia, and a sister Hazel Bull of Youngsville.

Dora was preceded in death by her husband George Hajnik in 1999, a infant daughter Susan Hajnik, and three brother's, Glenn, Ivan and Lyle Johnson.

Friends will be received on Monday from 4-7 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St., in Youngsville. A vigil service will be held there at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 AM, at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church in Youngsville, with the Rev. Fr. John Neff, pastor, as Celebrant. Burial will fol-low in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Rouse Home Memorial Fund, 701 Rouse Ave, Youngsville, Pa. 16371.
