Pleasant Twp

DUI. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report investigating an incident of DUI which occurred at approximately 8:31 a.m., on April 6, at the Blair parking lot on state route 62 in Pleasant Township. According to police, Kevin Charles Pora, 35, of Erie was stopped for erratic driving. Pora was found to be under the influence of alcohol and transported to Warren General Hospital for a blood test. Pora was arraigned before District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth and committed to the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Deerfield Twp

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report investigating an incident of criminal mischief which occurred at some time on April 8, in the area of Youngsville Rd., in Deerfield Township. According to police, unknown actor(s) trespassed on the property of Barry Cappel, 64, of Saegertown by cutting a lock on a gate and driving a vehicle into his lot. They then proceeded to tear up the lawn and front stairs of the residence by spinning their tires. A lock was also cut off of a woodshed on the property. Damage was estimated at approximately $150. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Youngsville

DUI. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report investigating a DUI which occurred at approximately 11:05 p.m., on April 5, on West Main St. approximately 300 ft. west of North Main St., in Youngsville. According to police, a vehicle operated by Eric A. Weaver, 36, of Youngsville, was traveling east on West Main St. and drifted to the right striking a Chevrolet Cavalier parked facing the wrong direction along the southern curb of the roadway. The impact caused the Cavalier to slide onto the sidewalk and come to rest facing west. The Weaver vehicle continued east approximately 30 feet after the impact and came to rest in the travel lane. Weaver was arrested for DUI and taken to Warren General Hospital for a breath test. According to police, DUI and other summary charges are to be filed at District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth's office in Youngsville.

Sugar Grove Twp

DUI/underage drinking. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report investigating an incidents of DUI and underage drinking which occurred at approximately 1:19 a.m., on April 7, on Matthews Run Rd., in Sugar Grove Township. According to police, Andrew P. Smith, 20, of Warren, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and in possession of beer after pulling his vehicle to the side of the road. According to police, charges are to be filed with District Judge Laura Bauer's office in North Warren.

Tidioute

Terroristic threats. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report investigating an incident of terroristic threats which occurred at approximately 9:34 p.m., on April 8, in the area of Main St., in Tidioute. According to police, Thomas Dean Fox, 41, of Tidioute, threatened a known 39 year-old female of Tidioute with bodily injury. Fox was arraigned before District Judge Glenn Carlson and committed to the Warren County Jail on $2,500 bail.

Conewango Twp

DUI. Conewango Township Police report investigating an incident of DUI which occurred at approximately 12:50 a.m., on April 3, at 115 Vine St., in North Warren. According to police, officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 115 Vine St., where they found Michael John Bradish, of Warren, attempting to make contact with a resident. Police found Bradish to be under the influence of alcohol and placed into custody for DUI. According to police, charges have been filed with District Judge Laura Bauer.
