One person was held for further court action and three more entered guilty pleas Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Justice Glenn Carlson.
The following defendant's case was bound over:
Bruce Allen Messenheimer, 28 Walnut St., charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors - defendant age 18 or above.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Harry Edward Clark, 1149 Griff Hill Rd., Clarendon, to simple assault; a count of harassment-subjecting others to physical contact was not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine.
Kelly Debord, 300 Holly St., Apt. C2, to a count of false reports; counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct engage in fighting and harassment-subjecting others to physical contact were withdrawn. The defendant was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine.
