Simple assault. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report investigating an incident of simple assault which occurred at approximately 8:45, on April 8, at the Warren State Hospital. According to police, two male patients at the Warren State Hospital became engaged in a physical altercation. One of the patients received a broken nose in the incident.

Simple Assault. Warren-based state police said that Terry Lewis, 41, and Daryl Simons, 45, both of Tidioute have been charged with simple assault and harrassment after engaging in a fight at 8 a.m. Sunday, April 8, in the area of Maple Drive, Tidioute. Both suffered moderate injuries.
