Skateboarding on sidewalk. City of Warren Police reported issuing a citation for skateboarding on a sidewalk. According to police, Curtis J. Quiggle of Warren was cited after being observed riding his skateboard on the sidewalk at the intersection of Liberty St. and Pennsylvania Ave. at approximately 12:46 p.m. on April 4.
Indecent assault. City of Warren Police reported filing charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and corruption of minors. According to police, Jakob E. Smith, 18, of Warren was charged by criminal complaint after investigation into incidents that occurred in January. According to police, Smith was involved in a sexual relationship with a 14 year-old girl at that time.
Access device fraud. City of Warren Police report filing charges of access device fraud, theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking. According to police, James A. Alexander, of Mill Hall, was charged by criminal complaint after investigation into a complaint filed by PA General Energy, 120 Market St. According to police, Alexander made purchases with a corporate credit card between March 2 and March 13 totaling $5,034.40 and failed to reimburse PA General Energy. Alexander was charged with access device fraud, theft by deception, and theft by unlawful taking.
Conewango Twp.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based State Police reported that unknown individual(s) scratched a vehicle belonging to Cheryl Riche, Warren, with an unknown object between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m, on April 4. Damage is estimated at $100. Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation is asked to call the State Police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Warren-based State Police reported that unknown individual(s) scratched a vehicle belonging to Rebecca Stanley, Russell, with an unknown object between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m, on April 4. Damage is estimated at $400. Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation is asked to call the State Police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Pine Grove Twp.
Crash. Warren-based State Police responded to a crash on South Main Street just north of Ferncliffe on April 6 at 10:31 a.m. A 2009 Kia Sportage driven by Tracy Kirkpatrick, Warren, was traveling north on South Main Street when she made a left hand turn into the path of a 2004 Buick LeSabre driven by Clara Colander, Russell, who was driving southbound. Upon impact, Kirkpatrick's vehicle spun 180 degrees, coming to rest on private property just to the south bound lane facing north east. Colander continued southbound before leaving the roadway and coming to final rest just off the shoulder of the southbound lane facing south. Both vehicles required towing which was provided by Rarey's Towing. Both Kirkpatrick and Colander were uninjured. Kirkpatrick was cited for vehicle turning left.
Pleasant Twp.
Theft from a motor vehicle. Warren-based State Police reported investigating an incident of theft from a motor vehicle which occurred at approximately 2 a.m. on April 6, at 164 Pleasant Dr., in Pleasant Township. According to police, unknown individual(s) stole tools and electronic items valued at approximately $500 from an unlocked vehicle belonging to a known 55 year-old male of Warren. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the State Police of the Warren County Crime Stoppers. The investigation continues.
Clarendon
Criminal mischief. Warren-based State Police reported that on April 5 at 2:55 p.m. unknown suspects vandalized the recently fire damaged residence of Art Chamberlin, Clarendon, by spray painting the windows and siding of the house. The suspects are also believed to have entered the residence and broken various items in the house. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Warren County Crime Stoppers. The investigation is pending.
Burglary. Warren-based State Police reported that on April 5 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. an unknown suspect entered the residence of Elizabeth Dunn, Tiona, and proceeded to steal approximately 118 pills of a prescription medication. If anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact the Warren County Crime Stoppers. The investigation is pending.
