Warren

DUI. Warren City police said Heather A. Berardi, Warren, was taken into custody and charged at 1:41 p.m. on April 2 after officers were dispatched to an accident. Police said Bererdi was driving a blue 2000 Mercury Mystique in the area of Pool and Oak streets and crashed into a utility pole, almost striking some children, before crashing into a wooden post.

Pine Grove Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police said someone damaged a vehicle belonging to a known 52-year-old female on Route 62 at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday.

Sheffield Twp.

Probation violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Jack Ferry, Sheffield, on April 2 on charges of violation of parole. Ferry, who was originally placed on probation on a charge of theft by unlawful taking, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Clarendon

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of criminal mischief which occurred between 11:40 and 11:55 on April 3 on Center St. in Clarendon. According to police, someone threw eggs at a residence and vehicle belonging to a 52-year-old female.
