HADLEY - Tidioute Charter had a little better time of it on Monday, at least at the beginning of an 18-2 loss to host Commodore Perry.
"They hit the ball tonight," said Tidioute coach Jackie Nuttall, whose Bulldogs dropped to 0-2 but struck out just twice in four innings. "It's coming."
Robbi Kitelinger had two hits, including an RBI single, out of the leadoff spot. She scored the game's first run on a bases-loaded walk by Aubree Sonney.
