Five people entered guilty pleas and another was held for further court action Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Magistrate Laura Bauer.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Gary Lee Odonnell, Box 100, Mathews Run Rd., Sugar Grove, to a count of harassment - subjecting others to physical contact; a count of simple assault was withdrawn.
William E. Smith, 1633 Chapman Dam Rd., Clarendon, to a count of harassment - subjecting others to physical contact; counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault and harassment - communicating lewd, threatening, etc. language were withdrawn.
Crystal Rose Yeskey, 16 Cobham Hill Rd., Tidioute, to intentionally possessing a controlled substance by a person not registered; two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
Nikki Valdez, 49 Railroad St., Clarendon, to bad checks.
Christopher John Fletcher, 129 Ranger Way, Youngsville, to harassment; counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person were not prosecuted.
The following was held for court:
Howard Wesley Confer, 21 Elm St., charged with six counts of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child, six counts of sexual assault, six counts of incest and six counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old.
