DUI crash. Warren-based state police reported that Henry Viator was operating his 2005 Dodge Dakota northbound on Cobham Park Rd and failed to negotiate a right hand curve and drove off the east side of the road, striking several mailboxes and a private residence. Upon arrival at the scene, police found Viator to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to Warren General Hospital for testing. Police said Viator was charged with DUI through District Court.
Mead Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police reported a theft of an ATV owned by Daniel Highhouse, Huntington, W.Va. Kayla Steffan, who had borrowed the ATV owned by Highhouse, parked it at an outdoor party on Dutchman Run Rd., in Mead Township. During the party an unkown individual(s) took the ATV without persmission. It is a Yellow 2009 Suzuki Z400 four-wheeler with a blue seat and blue decals on the fenders. Crime stoppers are offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual(s) in this case. Conewango Twp.
Harassment. Conewango Township police were dispatched to 1920 Yankee Bush Rd. for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police met with a male individual who stated that Elizza Mott had struck him on the side of the head with her hand during a verbal argument. Mott is being charged with harassment through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
