Cited. Warren City police cited Josh Anderson, Youngsville, for harassment at 1:40 a.m. March 19 after he engaged in a physicl altercation with a known female at a Hazel Street residence. Police said the female sustained a minor injury to her cheek.
Arrested. Warren County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dustin Wybiral, 20, 411 Rankin St., at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at his residence. Wybiral was arrested on a Failure to Appear bench warrant issued by Warren County Court of Common Pleas. He was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action, deputies said.
Conewango Twp.
Retail theft. Conewango Township police reported that Angel Olson, Pittsfield, was charged with summary retail theft after Wal-Mart's Loss Prevention personnel found her taking a five-quart bottle of Castrol motor oil at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that Nathan Enterline, Warren State Hospital, was cited for harassment following an incident where he pushed Ferris Wilcox, Warren State Hospital, in the back resulting in Wilcox losing his balance and falling onto his knees and elbows. Police said charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
Erie County
Arrested. Warren County Sheriff's deputies arrested Angela Proper, 30, 108 Snyder Circle, Corry, at 1:15 p.m. March 19 at her residence. Proper was arrested on a Failure to Appear bench warrant isued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas; her original charge was theft by deception. She was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action, deputies said.
Arrested. Warren County Sheriff's deputies arrested Richard Ruhlman, 43, Center Street Apartments, Apt. C-3,, Corry, at 12:30 p.m. March 19 at his residence. Ruhlman was arrested on a Failure to Appear bench warrant isued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas; his original charge was indecent assault. He was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action, deputies said.
