Warren

DUI. Warren City police reported that Janine R. Tomassoni, Warren, was taken into custody and charged at 2:24 a.m. on March 10 after a traffic stop on Jefferson Street for erratic driving on Conewango Avenue. Tomassoni has been charged with DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, and driving on right side of roadway.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City police cited Patricia A. Richards and Eric J. Collins, both of Warren, after a verbal domestic dispute at 3:58 p.m. on March 9 at Warren General Hospital.

Harassment. Warren City police cited Jessica A. Fry, Warren, after she allegedly struck a known male in the face with a closed fist during a verbal confrontation at 4:59 p.m. on March 12 in a local restaurant.

Bad checks. Warren City police filed three non-traffic citations against Lisa K. Johnson, Warren, after she issued three checks in February to City Ice and Beverage that were returned due to not sufficient funds. Total amount of restitution due is $304.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police received a complaint from a known 32-year-old female, indicating that another known female, 26, subjected her to physical contact during an argument. Police said the investigation continues.

Elk Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police are investigating a theft of a trail camera belonging to Dustin Louis Anderson that was located in the woods east of Scandia Road. It was taken between Feb. 26 and March 11. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Warren County CrimeStoppers.

Eldred Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that unknown individuals stole scrap metal belonging to Jennifer Louise Cauvel, Pineville Road, Grand Valley, between Jan. 1 and March 1. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Warren County CrimeStoppers.

Mead Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a crash on Route 59, east of the Kinzua Wolf Run Marina, at 9:42 p.m. on March 9. According to police, Denice Cleveland, Roulette, Pa,. was driving a 1999 Suzuki Vitara east on Route 59 when she lost traction on the ice, crossed over the westbound lane of traffic, and struck an embankment on the western berm. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Police said Cleveland was not injured. Clarendon volunteer firefighters assisted at the scene.

Tidioute

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that someone broke into Carl Lucas Pillar's garage on Morrison Hill Road in Tidioute and stole a 2000 TRX400EX ATV and a 2008 SUNL 90cc dirt bike between March 3 and 9. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Warren County CrimeStoppers.

Youngsville

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that someone broke into Kenneth Anderson's garage in the area of East Main Street between 9 a.m. on March 8 and 6 p.m. on March 10 and stole several items and also damaged an exterior door as well as a window screen. Damage is estimated at approximately $550. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Jamestown, N.Y.

Missing person. Investigators from the Jamestown Police Department are still investigating a missing person case involving the disappearance of Michael Whitehill, who was last seen on Jan. 22. Investigators are looking for the identity of the male caller who called the New York State Police Jamestown Barracks on Jan. 22 at about 11:10 p.m. reporting a Pontiac Firebird off the road on Riverside Road. The caller stated in the call that he had seen an individual walking in the road near the area where the car was. Police said they believe the caller may have other important information relevant to the investigation. Investigators request that the caller, or anyone else who may have information pertinent to the investigation call the Jamestown Police, 1-716-483-7531 or the TIPS line at 1-716-483-TIPS (8477).
