A Warren man was found not guilty of assault-related charges on Monday during a jury trial.
Aaron A. Johnson, 117 N. South St., was acquitted of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. The alleged victim was identified in court documents as a minor.
The charges stemmed from an incident alleged to have occurred on Jan. 5, 2011.
Judge Maureen Skerda presided over the case, District Attorney Ross McKeirnan represented the commonwealth and Assistant Public Defender Alan Conn defended Johnson.
