Twelve of the 39 individuals picked up in February's drug bust were in court for arraignment proceedings on Thursday in front of Judge Gregory Hammond.
Seven suspects from the drug bust pled guilty:
Stephen M. Allen, 1107 Pennsylvania Avenue East, Warren, guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver. Two additional counts of possession with intent to deliver and three counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.
Andrew Martin Armes, 10471 Jackson Run Road, Sugar Grove, guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver. Charges of criminal use of a communications facility and criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) were not prosecuted. In a separate proceeding, Armes plead guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver. Six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and five counts of corruption of minors were not prosecuted.
Correy James Bush, 723 Fourth Avenue, Warren, guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver. One count of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.
Mark E. Hamilton, 68 Houghton Drive, Sheffield, to one count of possession with intent to deliver. Two additional counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of a possession of a controlled substance, and three charges of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay back $390 in but money.
Stephen Allen Loney, 25 Railroad Street, Youngsville, to one count of possession with intent to deliver. One count of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay back $170 in buy money.
Mikke Tylene Pierce, 1700 Pennsylvania Avenue East, Apartment 1, Warren, guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver. One count of criminal use of a communications facility was not prosecuted. In an additional proceeding, Pierce pled guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted. In a third proceeding, Pierce pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance. A charge of criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) was not prosecuted.
Shane Michael Williams, 166 Riverside Lane, Irvine, pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver. An additional count of possession with intent to deliver and a count of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay back buy money he received.
The following suspects from February's drug bust pled not guilty.
Michael Christian Hutley, 4220 Miller Hill Road, Russell, not guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver and one count of criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver.)
Joseph R. Kuzminski, 213 West Main Street, Youngsville, not guilty to three counts of possession with intent to deliver and three counts of criminal use of a communications facility.
Travis Leroy McIntyre, 36 Fifth Street, Youngsville, not guilty to three counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communications facility, and three counts of criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver.)
Michael Thomas Moll, 206 Station Lane, Warren, not guilty to two counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of criminal use of a communications facility, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Shane E. Tuszynski, 308 Beech Street, Warren, not guilty to one count each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.
The following individuals not affiliated with February's drug bust entered guilty pleas on Thursday.
Brittany N. Adamaszek, 15 East Frederick Street, Corry, guilty to one count of criminal conspiracy (criminal trespass). Charges of criminal conspiracy (burglary) and criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) were not prosecuted.
Daniel M. Bevevino, 605 Stanton Hill Road, Russell, guilty to one count of harassment. A charge of terroristic threats was not prosecuted. From a separate proceeding, charges of forgery, access device fraud, and two counts of theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.
Andrew Lee Jansens, 6977 Hammond Road, Calidonia, Mi., guilty to one count of statutory sexual assault. One count each of aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, and indecent assault were not prosecuted.
Brandon Leroy Lavelle, 223 West Smith Street, guilty to one count of criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), a first degree misdemeanor. Charges of criminal conspiracy (burglary) and one count of criminal conspiracy (criminal trespass) were not prosecuted.
Lincoln Patrick Madigan, 34 Anchor Street, Clarendon, pled guilty to one count of receiving stolen property. A charge of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay full restitution.
Christopher Martin McCullon, 8614 Route 353, Gowanda, N.Y., guilty to one count of retail theft, amended to a second degree misdemeanor. Restitution has been paid in full.
Justin Michael Miller, 3 Plum Street, Warren, pled guilty to one count each of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability second offense, careless driving, and restraint systems. Charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving 2nd, and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.
Justin Michael Morley, 100 South Main Street, Clarendon, guilty to one count each of DUI highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) 2nd and careless driving. One count each of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving 2nd, DUI: general impairment safe driving with accident 2nd, restraint systems, driving vehicle at safe speed, and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.
Ronald Edward Platt, 2435 Matthews Run Road, Hog Haven Hotel, Room 9, Youngsville, guilty to one count of simple assault. One count of aggravated assault and two counts of harassment were not prosecuted.
Robert Peter Roth, 232 Copperhead Lane, Burgaw, N.C., to one count each of DUI: controlled substance schedule one - 2nd offense, careless driving, and use of multiple-beam road lighting equipment. Charges of DUI: controlled substance schedule two or three - 2nd offense, DUI: controlled substance metabolite schedule one, two, or three - 2nd offense, DUI: controlled substance 0 impaired ability - 2nd offense, violation of the Controlled Substance, Drug Device, and Cosmetic Act, possession of a controlled substance, three counts of driving on right side of roadway, two counts of turning movements and required signals, and driving at safe speed were not prosecuted.
William E. Smith, 421 Conewango Avenue, Warren, as charged. He has been charged with one count of bad checks.
Shawn A. Stroup, Crawford County Prison, to one count of criminal trespass. Charges of burglary and theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.
Ian Michael Welden, 102 Essex Street, Corry, guilty to one count each of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability - 2nd offense, driving on right side of roadway, and careless driving. Counts of unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving - 2nd offense were not prosecuted.
Robert Thomas Wingard, 9 Elm Street, Apartment B, Warren, guilty to one count each of receiving stolen property, hindering apprehension or prosecution, reckless driving, and driver required to be licensed. Charges of theft by unlawful taking, careless driving, accident involving damage to unintended vehicle or property, general lighting requirements, and windshield obstructions and wipers were not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay full restitution.
Randy R. Yaegle, 41 Pulaski Homes, New Brighton, Pennsylvania, guilty to one count each of resisting arrest or other law enforcement and criminal mischief. Charges of selling/furnishing liquor/malt/brewed beverage to a minor, disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness were not prosecuted. He was ordered to pay full restitution.
Clifton Bryan Larson, 199 Stanton Hill Road, Russell, guilty to one count each of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC.16+) - 2nd offense and restraint systems. Charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving - 2nd offense, careless driving, driving vehicle at safe speed, stop signs and yield signs, and DUI: general impairment safe driving with accident - 2nd offense were not prosecuted.
The following individuals not associated with the drug bust pled not guilty.
In a separate proceeding, Daniel M. Bevevino pled not guilty. He has been charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and three county of criminal use of a communications facility.
Nathan Paul Campbell, 211 Walnut Street, Warren, not guilty to two counts of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility. In a separate proceeding, Campbell pled not guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver.
Brandi Rae Cooper, 201 Wilderness Park, Clarendon, not guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver, one count of criminal use of a communications facility, and one count of criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver).
John H. Filiatrault, 106 Hall Street, Sheffield, not guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver.
Nicole Lynn Fulton, 201 Pleasant Street, Sugar Grove, not guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver, one count of criminal conspiracy (manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance) and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.
William Levi Mott, 124 North Main Street, Clarendon, not guilty to one count each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, corruption of minors, and criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking).
Robert Scott Schriner, 223 Liberty Street, Warren, not guilty to one count of theft by unlawful taking.
