Disorderly conduct. Warren City police reported that Richard J. Hanson and Amanda J, Skidmore, both of Warren, were cited 1:24 a.m. Friday after officers were dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute in the middle of Buchanan Street.

Resisting arrest. Warren-based state police reported that Amy Young, St. Marys, was arrested along Route 6 near Preston Road at 12:30 p.m. on March 7. Pulled over for a traffic stop, she identified herself as another individual to avoid detection as operating on a suspended license and being wanted. Police said she then proceeded to resist arrest. She has been charged with false identification to law enforcement, resisting arrest, multiple traffic warrants and multiple traffic violations. Charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer.
