Theft and criminal mischief. Personnel at I.A. Gravel Pit in Garland reported to Warren-based state police that someone gained entry to a storage trailer and a Manitowac drag line by prying open the doors between Oct. 1, 2011 and March 6 and removed several tools valued at $1,975. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Dunns Eddy Road, souoth of Sulpher Spring Road at 7:30 p.m. Monday. According to police, Michael Fredricks, 39, of Youngsville was northbound on Dunns Eddy Road and lost control of his 1998 Chevrolet Silverado on a left-hand curve. His vehicle traveled 75 feet off the east side of the road and hit a tree. Police said Fredricks was taken to Corry Memorial Hospital in another person's vehicle. Police said he will be charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that someone entered the home of Frank and Sandra Lanza between 7:50 a.m. and 4:35 p.m. on Tuesday and stole several items valued at approximately $6,000. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Crime Stoppers.
