Warren

Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joseph John Finch, 31, 814 Benjamin Ln., at about noon on March 5 at his residence. Deputies said he was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. According to deputies, his original charge was simple assault. Finch was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action.

Cited. Warren City police said Wayne Campbell Jr., Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct after he caused a disturbance inside Thorne's BiLo, Market Street Plaza, at 7:16 p.m. March 4.

Cited. Warren City police said Justin Kukura, Boardman, Ohio, was cited for disorderly conduct after officers made contact with him at 5:31 p.m. March 3 at Washington Park and he was found to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette.

Cited. Warren City police said Raymond Snyder, Warren, was cited for underage drinking at 12:13 a.m. March 4 after an officer came in contact with him in the 400 block of W. Third Ave.

Cited. Warren City police said Stephen Giunta, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct after an officer was dispatched to his residence at 8:41 p.m. Feb. 28 on a complaint from a neighbor that Giunta was making unreasonable noise.

Cited. Warren City police said George Crutchfield, Warren, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to his residence at 9:15 p.m. Feb. 28 for a domestic dispute.

Clarendon

Theft/Access device fraud. Warren-based state police report investigating an instance of theft/access device fraud which occurred between Feb.3 and March 4. According to police, a known 22-year-old female from Warren used a Visa card belonging to John Henry Filiatrault, 45, Clarendon, to make unauthorized purchases of an unknown amount. Police said an investigation continues.
