Joel and Linda Spencer of Russell are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Spencer, to Travis Alton Brown, son of Randy and Becky Brown of Youngsville.
Sarah is a 2002 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a 2007 graduate of Edinboro University. She is employed as a fifth-grade teacher at Youngsville Elementary School. Travis is a 2001 graduate of Youngsville High School and is employed as a foreman by Diversified Erection Services.
A Sept. 22, 2012, wedding is being planned.
