Desiree M. Barnett of Jackson Ave., Warren, and Brandon W. Lord of Schantz St., Warren, have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Daisy Barnett and Dennis Barnett, both of Warren. He is the son of Jon Lord and Sally Lord of Warren. An April 14 wedding is planned.
