Accident. Warren-based state police responded at 7:18 p.m. on Thursday to a one-vehicle accident on Big Four Road. Police said the accident occurred as Gregory A. Murphy, 22, Russell was traveling north on Big Four Road when he lost control. His vehicle traveled across the south bound lane of travel and off the southern berm of Big Four Road and struck a tree upon leaving the roadway. Murphy, who was wearing his seatbelt was uninjured. He was charged with driving on roadway laned for traffic.
